Sterling Point

Accessibility

Last updated: September 2026

Sterling Point is committed to serving guests of all abilities with dignity and independence, consistent with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code.

Our website

We build this site to be usable with a keyboard and a screen reader: descriptive alt text on images, labelled form fields, visible focus states, sufficient colour contrast and a layout that works on small screens. We aim to meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA. If any page or form blocks you, tell us and we will fix it and help you complete your request another way.

On the water

Docks, boarding ramps and vessels have physical limitations, and we would rather describe them honestly than promise access we cannot deliver. Contact us before booking with your mobility, vision, hearing or other needs and we will tell you exactly what a given departure point and vessel involve, and arrange support where we can. Service animals and support persons are welcome.

Alternate formats and assistance

On request, we will provide information from this site — including our policies, schedules and prices — in an accessible format or with communication support, at no extra cost, and we will take your booking by phone instead of through the form.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback is welcome by phone at (289) 928-1853, or in person at Bala, Port Carling or Gravenhurst. We acknowledge feedback in the same format it was received and respond within five business days.
